During 2018 I have visited the Clinic several occasions. However in two of them I left the Clinic after I was there for almost four hours. It is true, I was offered to go and to be notified by text message when it was going to be seen. They also warned that I would have 30 minutes to return to the clinic. As It would take me more than half hour to come from my place. I had, on these two occasions, not other choice but stick there or be around.
If I have been going to the clinic without organising an appointment (I fully understand to book in advance) it was for a particular reason, I was having some concern and I was advised by my doctor to go to the clinic on that particular day.
But to wait for almost 4 hours took my patience away and let me with fustration.
So I have now to book online and go to the clinic again because u was not seen when I went earlier.
To have someone waiting for those long periods of time is outrageous. Even more when no explanation is given.
