About walk in experience: I arrived to the clinic at 10am on Friday(working day). Despite at the website told patients may enjoy free wi fi and coffee whilst waiting in the line, person on the reception even didn't let me in. Just gave me an application form and told I have to wait for indefinite time outside by the moment clinic text me info about my situation. Also, nobody guarantees I will have my appointment today, so I have to come another day and pass the way of expectation again. Although, I tried to wait outside in nearest Starbucks. The first notification I received in 3 hours about 1pm when already was on way back to home. Clinic informed me I am 10th in the que and I should respond if i am still coming. I responded "yes" and got back to Sauthwark area. In two hours of expectation I realized I am only 7th in the line but decided to wait for half an hour longer. No changes changes happened in 30min and I gave up with my solution to get back. So, at 3 30pm I was 6th in the que. Only at 3 40pm I received a call from clinic with a question if I still waiting to)). When I told that I have left the que because after 5,5hours I am still 6th I decided to leave. I didn't get from person called me even "sorry". I lost all day long time, money for the road and hanging around the clinic- for nothing. I find it totally unacceptable and disappointed so much. Good luck to everyone regarding services of Burrell street clinic.
