Absolutely appalled by this service. I am an NHS doctor who works in A&E and I am therefore well aware of the pressures facing NHS services. However a 4.5 hour minimum wait for a patient who needs emergency cotnraception and has sexual health symptoms is ridiculous. I feel failed by my own organisation and have to continue working with troublesome symptoms and no access to healthcare. The receptionists showed no empathy whatsoever
