My care with Bupa have always been dealt with efficiently and professionally. Everything was smooth from my booking, scans, tests and consultations.
As an in patient, I’ve been given optimal and world class care. Everyone is polite, considerate and friendly.

I have experienced great care and have written a review of my surgeon Mr. Attar which includes all my positive comments about all aspects of the hospital in particular the nursing staff. The other support were equally good

Cromwell Hospitalは非常にホスピタリティが高く、お勧めの病院です。私が関わった全てのスタッフが皆、親切かつ親しみやすい事に非常に驚きました。Harley Streetにあるような病院にもいくつか行ったことがありますが、それらより遥かに上と言えます。リゾートホテルなどを参考にしたのかと思われるレベルでした。（その前にNHSの病院に行っていたので大きなギャップを感じたのかもしれませんが…悪く言うつもりはありませんが）

The waiting area for the clinics appeared busy but there were plenty of people to book people in and give advice about where to wait or give directions to other departments. I noticed they were very kind and polite to everyone.
