Mr. Patel and his team explained fully, and in language I understood, the full shoulder replacement operation. They detailed what the possible side effects could be, there were no problems. It was stressed that physio was essential for rehabilitation after the operation. I am continuing exercises a year after the operation. After suffering 6 years of pain and restricted movement, I now have a strong, working, right shoulder thanks to Mr Patel and his team.
