Rag thank you for facilitating my surgery so quickly which I know must have been difficult given the current circumstances however you made it happen and for that I am extremely grateful. Thank you as well for the manner in which you have handled my treatment. From beginning to end you have been patient, professional, caring and compassionate. Just prior to lockdown a scan had revealed a tumour in my bladder. Naturally concerned that the NHS may not be able to progress with this I was advised to speak with Raj Nair. Rajesh Nair is a particularly good communicator . He took the time to explain to me the complexities of my condition and the various treatment options in a way that I could understand clearly . That is so important when a diagnosis of a serious can be confusing and disorientating . He maintained regular contact with me before and after my operation, which he performed successfully, and I feel confident that I can contact him in future should the news arise . He is a dedicated man who inspires confidence .
