From the very first meeting with Mr.Nair my confidence and mental relief was totally uplifting as a result of hid reassuring , confidence and exceptional professionalism. His manner and the way he talked to both myself and my wife truly assisted us in the whole process which naturally at first was rather traumatic. Moreover when we had any questions irrespective of their importance he answered us immediately with calm easy to understand answers .
