The care I received from Mr Fareed at the Royal Derby Hospital was wonderful from start to finish. Firstly he made sure that there was a good reason for surgery by way of extended testing to ensure I did not have an unnecessary procedure; once it was decided I should have my gallbladder removed he was also very honest that it may not result in resolution of my symptoms.
I had my surgery in May and was made to feel comfortable and at ease throughout, I didn't worry about a thing. The surgery was a complete success and the follow up call came exactly as promised without the need for a further hospital visit.
Thank you so much - I am now symptom free!!
