Mr Fareed made me feel relaxed when heading for surgery, he explained everything to me in great detail and made me feel at ease. I felt I was in safe hands and that he understood how I felt knowing I was very nervous at the time.
After the surgery Mr Fareed made time to visit me and explained what surgery he had carried out. I was asked if I wanted to ask any questions but he explained everything thoroughly anyway and that the surgery had gone well.
