Mr Jacob was both caring and professional.
However I feel that the NHS is under so much pressure now that the time spent with each patient is very limited.

I found Dr Jacobs extremely approachable and he took time out to explain to me and wife about the pending operation that I was about to undergo. He took the time to answerable our questions, we never felt rushed.
I was impressed when he made himself available to answer a query put to him by an on- call Dr who wanted his advise on an issue concerning my treatment post operatively.
At my 6/7 week consultation he gave me several realistic suggestions going forward to help my recovery/mobility.
My wife and I both felt that his kind and patient attitude enhanced the experience of the unknown for us.
