My hip arthritis had given me pain for 24 hours every day. Having had the hip replacement, I was able to run for my train within 4 weeks after the hip replacement! I can walk 3 miles a day. I was moving a chest of drawers within a day after the operation. Mr Jacob has asked me to slow down!
