Opthalmic consultant not welcoming at all. No caring manner and didn't look at my mother, or speak to her so that she could hear. Didn't introduce himself and was miserable. Literally 5 mins in the appointment. No comment about future intervention or appointments until asked by daughter. Dismissive. Didn't inspire confidence.
