Mr Alfie was incredibly kind and reassuring, and I knew from our consultation he was the surgeon for me. I had a revision rhinoplasty which was incredibly complex, and Mr Alfie described with excellent attention to detail realistic expectations. My outcome from my rhinoplasty surgery was everything I wanted and more, I now have a nose that suits my face and matches perfectly. By aligning everything, my breathing is so much better and improved my confidence massively. I cannot thank Mr Alfie enough for doing such an amazing job with a life changing outcome, I throughly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of getting rhinoplasty!

I was so impressed with Dr Alfie on a video consultation regarding a BA. He was incredibly informative and explained everything in detail. In person, he is an incredibly kind reassuring surgeon who put’s you at ease straight away, I knew he was the right person to do my surgery straight away. I am 3 weeks post operation with barely visible scars. I’m so grateful for my results and a would not hesitate to recommend Dr Alfie as a surgeon.

Mr Alfie was my surgeon for a breast augmentation. I was really comfortable with Mr Alfie from the first video consultation, to the in person consultation right through to the surgery. At the first video consult he kindly told me that he thought he could help me achieve my goals and to come for an in person consult. There he patiently listened to what I was trying to achieve and allowed me try on many different sizes of implant to determine what I would be happy with and what would work for my body . I was a bit unsure between sizes and his recommendation ended up being perfect. Surgery day was all good, he was very reassuring. I am so so happy with my result. I went from a 34 B/C to a 34 E/F with a 375 cc round, high profile implant over the muscle as he said I had enough existing tissue. Scarring is minimal and underneath the breast. I have received many compliments about how natural they look and I agree. My confidence is so much better now, I think it was the perfect choice to be in proportion with the rest of my body and I’m so happy. Definitely would recommend Mr Alfie for BA surgery.
