Mr Ratnarajan and the Innovations Eye Unit were recommended to me by my optician once it became clear that the treatment I required ( a YAG Capsulotomy) would entail a wait of several months on the NHS.And what a blessing that turned out to be. From the moment I made the initial phone call, the service I received was second to none. I was treated with courtesy at all times- everyone ( and Mr Ratnarajan in particular) was extremely welcoming and friendly, supremely professional, explaining everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease.
The treatment went very smoothly and the outcome is fantastic with clear eyesight restored in my right eye allowing me to drive and read again easily.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Ratnarajan to anyone.
