Mr Kelly reviewed a persistent hoarse voice and cough that I was struggling with. He performed a very detailed history of my symptoms and performed a thorough clinical examination. He then performed an endoscopy which was simple, comfortable and easy to tolerate. He then explained his findings in detail and provided me with a clear plan of action and I am very reassured. Mr Kelly has previously also reviewed my sons symptoms of having 'blocked ears'. He performed an equally excellent assessment of my son. He has a wonderful bedside manner with adults and children alike. He is a brilliant ENT surgeon.
