Although an appointment was made for our 9 year-old daughter on suspicion of a 'straight forward' glue ear query, Mr Kelly's close attention to the information we provided and careful observations of how our daughter presented at the appointment , (along with a thorough hearing test and examination) highlighted an issue of attention deficit. This was a lightbulb moment for us and 8 months later, our daughter has just been diagnosed with Autism and Combined ADHD. Mr Kelly's insight enabled us to pursue a clinical assessment that has explained a whole host of inconsistent behaviours and traits that we had been struggling to make sense of. We can now begin a journey of understanding as a family and have a far better sense of direction around the best ways in which we can support our daughter. I truly believe we wouldn't have reached this point without Mr Kelly's intuition and the wonderful manner with which he put a very anxious child at ease. That 30 minute appointment was life-changing for us. We will never be able to thank Mr Kelly enough.
