Mr Alkhaffaf is a very approachable Consultant.
Makes you feel at ease and explains everything fully in terms that you can
understand.
I felt very confident that I was in the best possible hands to have my
gallbladder taken out.
He took into consideration that I was very nervous about having the
operation and most of all being put out for the operation. He went out
of his way to calm me down.
After care was excellent.
