Doctors like this gentleman restore my faith back in the NHS. He was very patient with me and explained everything he was going to do really clearly as i was very nervous. He stitched up a very nasty laceration in my hand so neatly and kept me talking to distract me from the needles (which make me nauseous). He took time to explore whether i might have any nerve damage before stitching me up as he knew how worried i was. He led a great team around him really professionally and i left feeling calm and relieved. Thanks so much.
