I've had two appointments with this doctor at Sprite. On both ocassions, she was abrupt, unsympathetic, cold and quite frankly rude. She instilled zero trust in me, to feel that I would be in safe hands with her during surgery. She spoke to me as if I was stupid. Didn't even know what I was being seen for as she hadn't bothered to look at my notes. She couldn't have been more disinterested if she tried. I'm not sure whether this was because I was seen as an NHS patient, but either way, it doesn't excuse her demeanour. I'm surprised that she even has any positive reviews. If you want reassurance from a compassionate doctor, I urge you to look elsewhere.
