I am so grateful to have met Dr. Ros. I was incredibly nervous going into our first appointment and she quickly put me at ease. Her warmth and compassion were evident immediately and she really made me feel listened to and understood, which has unfortunately rare from my experience.
Thanks to her, after repeatably being misdiagnosed and having my experiences ignored by my GP I've finally received an appropriate diagnosis and started a treatment that I'm hopeful will be a foundation I can begin to build my life on. Also thanks to her in-depth report and recommendation to my GP I was able to get a referral to secondary mental health services within the NHS.
I would recommend Dr. Ros without a moment's hesitation. Her knowledge, professionalism, kindness and genuine interest in helping are a special combination and I will always be thankful I reached out to her.
