Dr Sargur took a detailed history of my recent problems with reactions. I felt he really listened to me and asked lots of questions to try and understand what was going on with my symptoms. He sent me for allergy testing for lots of allergens straight away and I got the results very quickly. He made me feel reassured and explained everything in details. He also signposted me to appropriate websites for further information of my condition. Highly recommend seeing him if experiences any problems relating to allergy/immunology.

I saw Dr. Sargur at the Alexandra Hospital over a recent sudden on-set of reactions to a lot of food and medications I had previously tolerated. A week before the appointment I sent him a document outlining my medical history including past and current symptoms and diagnoses. I was very grateful he took the time to go through the document to understand my case better before meeting me, there are very few doctors who would do that. At the appointment he talked me through his notes and thought processes and answered all of my questions. Although we still don't know why I suddenly had these reactions he recommended some medicines to trial which I appreciated because it's given me a sense of direction for the time being rather than left to flounder. Overall I would recommend anyone who needs an immunologist to see Dr. Sargur as I found him caring and very knowledgeable in the field.

Dr Ravishankar Sargur is a Consultant Immunologist at the Northern General Hospital.
