I found Dr Philippa Youd to be very attentive and keen to ensure that I fully understand my medical condition. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain best treatment going forward and, likely short term/long term outcomes. To my amazement, she dictated in front of me, a letter to my GP precisely covering all aspects of my consultation with her. Overall, I was very impressed by Philippa Youd who exemplified why the NHS is a world leading organisation.
