I have no issue with Dr Al Obaidi, I just wanted to highlight a situation that I have found extremely difficult. I have waited over 3 months for the results of an MRI scan. During this time I have made several calls to try and speed things up, having a life threatening condition this has caused me a high level of anxiety which, quite frankly, I could have done without.
I believe the wait has been due to having to wait for Dr Al Obaidi to sign the results off before his secretary could send them to me.
