I was feeling nervous about going int hospital for my procedure. Meeting Dr Martin put me at total ease with his calm professional manner , I found I had total confidence in him , I was so pleased that he came into my ward to have a chat with me.
After my procedure Dr Martin came to see me and again and reassure me everything went really well , again his manner was exceptional.
Also his team with Mr N Thruchelvam and all the theatre and ward nurses made me feel totally at ease.
