Dr Dipesh was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He listened carefully and gave me precise and useful advice, explaining the insomnia treatment with a lot of clarity.

My experience with Dr Mistry was one of the fondest I have of any medical consultation to date. He offered a relaxing and welcoming environment for me to discuss my sleep problems, approaching the topic in a very kind and considerate way. At every stage in the process Dr Mistry was quick to go above and beyond in recommending any and all remedies that might help (i.e. various breathing techniques, sleep hygiene suggestions etc,.), evidently tailoring his suggestions to my life experiences and current personality. For example, based off of my apparent inclination towards learning about the 'science' of sleep and insomnia-tackling techniques, he was very thorough in providing me with the most suitable literature on the topic. These book recommendations were extremely helpful in providing me with the necessary knowledge to successfully engage in a variety of mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques that inevitably helped improve my sleep dramatically. I have no formal recommendations on how Dr Mistry could improve his service, given the quality of our interaction. He was kind, considerate and did everything he could to push me towards a healthy and steady recovery.

Dr Mistry gave me time to explain all the changes in my sleep problem since I saw him at the end of October 2019. There were many. Changes in my Glucose level control after starting on protein based diet; night time peeing problems; changes I had made following my CBTi sessions with Newsha and a few more. He let me take my time going over these, spending more than half an hour listening to me and explaining that while I had made good progress what changes I need to make to improve control of my Insomnia. I couldn't have had better treatment.

Excellent service, diagnosis was well explained as was treatment plan. Helped me later on through difficulty regarding prescription renewal at my surgery. Would recommend to anyone seeking OCD diagnosis and treatment via medication.
