I received a very warm welcome by Dr Dr Menon-Johansson. He listened to my concerns and was very reassuring. He knew what he was doing which was very reassuring and the procedure went well with no hicups! He gave advise and explained everything so through out I knew what to expect and what to do. That was great as I was quite anxious about the whole procedure.
