All of the staff I have come across at SMH have been kind, friendly and professional. The team at the oncology unit are more like friends than staff, and Amanda, the meet and greet lady in the main entrance of SMH is always there with a smile and will help mum ( with the green glasses) of I am unable to park.
Jonnie and the team at the reception in oncology are wonderful and so helpful.
