Most grateful to this very empathic and helpful Consultant. I escorted an elderly patient for a second opinion as she did not fully comprehend the complexity of her condition, treatment or barriers to surgery. Mr Parag Jaiswal was an attentive listener and showed a patient and caring attitude. He explained the various issues about potential surgery and medical complications in a completely understandable way. Although this surgeon will not be treating this lady she was offered explanation and reassurance.
