Amazing friendly staff - for both operations I had in July 2016 and October 2017
Only one complaint the nurse who looked after me in pre-op smelled strongly of ciggarettes which when you've not been able to eat in preparation for surgery made me feel really sick.
In the run up to my surgery, every visit was made very pleasant by the great staff at QVH.....friendly,caring and very professional.
On the day of surgery,I was apprehensive but the whole feel of the hospital and team is one of calm professionalism which just put me at ease and actually made the whole thing pleasurable....I had a follow up visit 5 days after surgery, and again, couldnt fault the care and attention received....I really can't thank you all enough
I was so well looked after by everyone and would recommend this hospital.
Amazing hospital and fantastic staff. I was so well looked after while I was there.
lovely hospital and staff
I was in the hospital for two days. I was very well looked after. The nurses are truly amazing. My only criticism, if I am really honest, was the luck of food. For anything else, I have nothing but praise for the staff and for the doctors.
I was nervous on entering the hospital but was immediately put at my ease by the very professional nursing staff in attendance. In my stay throughout I was well looked after and cared for as well as being made to feel secure .I would definitely recommend the hospital to anyone that needed care.
