I had a half knee replacement in April 2023. The whole team worked efficiently, respectfully and listened well, providing whatever information I needed. Communication was good, and responsive from reception, to secretary, nurses, physios and of course including Mr Chowdhry. My recovery was quick and physio sessions were friendly and well run. All staff seemed relaxed, with time to talk when needed, and efficient including anaesthetist and recovery team. Experience has meant I no longer fear having the other knee done. ( just want same experience to be available to all, no matter where !) Thank you
