Unfortunately I was late due to traffic in London I phoned and explained my situation and they were very helpful and understanding and made sure my appointment was still available and spoke to the doctor to make sure he new I was coming.

The treatment and care I received during my visit was excellent, but I was not given sufficient information regarding what to expect after my visit. I was also not told that there was a possibility of getting a UTI following my procedure, nor what symptoms to look out for and what to do in the case of contracting one.
