What a wonderful experience I had from making my appointment with the wonderful secretary to the lovely staff at the Lister Hospital Chelsea.
Thank you so much Professor Winters for taking the time and explaining all so thoroughly I appreciate it.
Also the letters explains all again with useful link etc truly a great service and one of the best I have ever experienced.
