Mr Paul Chatrath recently carried out sinus and nasal surgery on myself as I was suffering with severe sinus problems and substantial septal deviation. The operation went very well and I feel very privileged to have had him as a Consultant. Mr Chatworth explained the process very clearly and answered all my questions which gave me much confidence before I went in for the procedures. Regarding Bilateral Pinnaplasty for my son (age 11 years old). Mr Paul Chatrath is very professional but also very understanding and friendly. The first consultation meeting he examined my sons ears and gave an honest opinion about our options and what was required. He came across as knowledgeable and experienced. I felt I could trust him with this important operation for my son. There was good correspondence via his secretary to book the operation. The day of the operation he came to see us before the operation and he put both my son and I at ease. After the surgery, he came to give me an update. The surgery went really well and my son has made a good recovery. The results are amazing. My son is happy and proud of his new ears. I think it was the right decision, one that will help his confidence as he moves to Secondary School and later in life. I can’t thank Mr Paul Chatrath enough, he did a fantastic job. Will definitely recommend.

I was insecure about my nose (specifically my side profile) for the absolute longest and knew I wanted a rhinoplasty since I was a teenager. I was browsing ENT surgeons (since I also had a deviated septum) and came across Mr Paul Chatrath. I was impressed by his credentials and had a gut feeling that this would be my surgeon. I booked my consultation and it went really well. Mr Paul Chatrath listened to my concerns and understood exactly how I wanted my nose to look. He was very clear on the risks and how the desired nose shape I wanted was not 100% guaranteed as rhinoplasty’s are complex. I went for another 2 shorter consultations to finalise everything. On the day of the surgery I was a bit nervous about everything and whether or not I would like my nose or if my breathing difficulties would worsen etc. Mr Paul Chatrath briefly saw me before the operation to answer any last minute questions or concerns. After speaking to him I felt less nervous than before. Rhinoplasty recovery was a lot better than expected with minimal bruising and bleeding. I was surprised at how smooth recovery was since I bruise so easily. I had no packing inside my nose so I was able to breathe properly 2 days later. My cast removal was on day 8 and I was very swollen but still happy with how my side profile looked as this was the biggest factor for me. I am now 4 months post op and over the moon with how my nose looks, I am excited to see the final result because I am already so impressed with my nose. It was worth the wait after all these years. I would highly recommend Mr Paul Chatrath for rhinoplasty, he gave me the exact nose I asked for!

I chose to see Professor Chatrath privately after suffering from a prolonged period of pain down the left hand side of my face and ear. Professor Chatrath diagnosed cervical spine issues arising from a misplaced spinal disc and Eustachian tube dysfunction as being the primary causes. A spinal specialist has recommended a serious of neck exercises and Professor Chatrath has performed an Eustachian tube dilatation. The results have been very encouraging and I am now predominantly free of pain, but equally importantly the explanations provided by Professor Chatrath mean I now understand the cause of the pain and can manage the condition accordingly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Professor Chatrath who has been extremely thorough, knowledgeable and demonstrated his expertise in ENT related medical conditions throughout my treatment.
