Dr Neumann took a lot of time to listen to me, asked pertinent questions so that I was sure she understood my condition.
She then explained what she thought the cause of my problem was and what she suggested we should do next (which she then arranged).
What I really liked is that she gave me all the time I needed and I did not feel like a number that had to be moved along as quickly as possible.
