I saw Mr Trikha after a running injury, he examined my knee and suspected bone bruising and possible miniscal tear, I had some diagnostics and that’s exactly what it is, he recommended physio and if possible steroid injection if not settled.
I am now a couple of months down the line and things have settled down. I liked the fact that Mr Trikha didn’t want to rush me into any surgery and I would definitely recommend him.
