Richard & his team are absolutly amazing!!! I will always b greatful for the way i was looked after & made to feel safe even though i was terrified. Richard was very honest & helped me to understand my problem & also about how it would be dealt with & how i would feel afterwards. I always felt that if i had a problem, no matter how big or small, he or 1 of his team would be there to help. Even though, at the time, my world felt like it was falling apart, I'm glad i put my life in his hands!!

Mr Kerr is a true gentleman who is profoundly efficient in his profession. His manner throughout my care was excellent and I was so grateful to be under his care and skill during my recent surgery. I totally trust this Doctor, know he always has my best interests at heart, and have 100% belief and faith in him

2 days ago, I had the continued pleasure to be cared for and fixed by Mr Kerr. He has helped me through an extremely painful condition over about 4 years now. As your consultant you will have his care, attention and expert advice, with his kind persona and humour. As your surgeon, expect to see him before and after surgery also to have any worries addressed. I hold Mr Kerr in high esteem and we be hard to put my gratitude in to words.

I saw Mr Kerr on two occasions 3 months apart and both times he took great care to ensure I understood the nature of my condition and the options open to me. Between the two appointments he obtained detailed information for me from the Stereotactic Radiosurgery unit in Sheffield so that I would be able to compare it with the option of open surgery. I'm sure some of my questions were unnecessary but he patiently answered all of them. My daughter and son were with me and he welcomed them and also answered their questions/concerns.
