Dr Freeman has a pleasant manner that put me at ease. I felt very listened to and understood as to what I wanted surgery to achieve. Surgery and recovery went really smoothly and achieved the surgery aims.

I have never had a better medical experience that the one I experienced with Mr Freeman. He explained the procedure he would be doing to both me and my wife and answered all the questions we asked in a thoughtful and caring manner. We booked an appointment and all was just as described. I went in early, had the Op and was discharged later that day. I could not have asked for better or faster care. We had follow up appointments to check my condition and he explained everything that was happening in a thoughtful and caring manner.
I would HIGHLY recommend Mr Richard Freeman, as a great doctor and a caring man.

Mr. Richard Freeman has been totally informative and professional during my period of injury, care and recovery, including half a dozen consulting meetings (pre and post-op), an MRI scan and an operation. MR. Freeman made me feel assured and confident that an operation was the right way to go and I am delighted by the outcomes. As soon as I walked into his consulting room he diagnosed my condition, despite 3 Separate Physiotherapists and 2 Osteopaths haven g misdiagnosed my condition.
he carried out a left ankle Arthroscopy and lateral ligament reconstruction with an internal brace.
I was pain free within 2 days of the operation and have been walking on this ankle without any aid after 4 weeks.
He is a brilliant surgeon.

I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with sub-specialist training in both Foot & Ankle surgery and Major Trauma.
My elective practice includes all aspects for foot and ankle surgery including minimally invasive surgery, arthroscopy and total ankle replacement. I have a particular interest in sports injuries and have fellowship experience of managing professional athletes.
