I saw Mr Heaton 4 weeks after referral by my GP and I had my operation 7 weeks later. The care prior to the operation was very informative with a session with the physio dept so I knew exactly what’s to expect and what was needed at home. The day of the operation was faultless with excellent care by the whole team, to which I say thank you. However, I would have liked a number I could call for post operative advice once home.

The clinical journey with Mr Heaton has been a pleasure. He took a good deal of time to explain the issue I had and the procedure I was going through. He was informative throughout the process without making any promises about the outcome, although he did present a reassuring confidence. I am now 6 weeks post operation which I believe has been a success so far and I can feel the benefits even at this stage. I would highly recommend Mr Heaton .

Absolutely fantastic - I had a full left hip replacement and was up and walking normally within 4 weeks! Mr Heaton was superb throughout, very informative and helpful. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Mr Heaton and his team were all amazing but Mr Heaton especially two hours after I had me knee replaced I could get out of bed to use the lavatory My recovery has been amazing I can't believe how easy it's been and how well its gone I put it down to the surgeon being amazing thank Mr Heaton for a great experience...I should when I had my first knee replaced it was he'll on earth I only wish I had Mr Heaton the first time round
