I was seen by Mr Warren in December 23 for advice about an incisional hernia which appeared one year after having an emergency bowel surgery in December 22. The NHS waiting list was up to two years and family helped to fund the procedure privately.
Mr Warren was very reassuring and explained he would fix the hernia with a mesh and I would probobaly need a two night stay in hospital. He came to check up on me the next day to examine me and tell me all was well and did I need to ask anything.
I can’t praise the treatment enough and after a six week follow up have been given the call clear with the wound healed and can start to live life to the full again
It’s been such a relief to have someone listen to my concerns and explain exactly how things would be done.
