Mr Warren inspired great confidence from the first consultation. He explained the procedure for hernia repair well and addressed all of my concerns. When I had a few additional questions after the consultation, he was happy to arrange for a follow up call to set my mind at rest. The operation itself went very well, and the post-operative examination was arranged in good time and was again very reassuring.
