I would like to say an enormous thank you to Mr Jones for his response to my elderly mother's hand problem. She and I are so very very grateful for the way he immediately knew the severity of her problem, made all the arrangements and very kindly telephoned both of us himself to explain what was going to happen. All went according to plan and she was able to thank him personally at an outpatients clinic.

Appointment time usually is late and sometimes patients have to wait 2,3 hours.Accept that every thing is on very high quality.

I felt totally at ease during my consultation with Dr Jones and able to discuss the difficulties I was experiencing with my hands and the best way forward. He has been very professional, friendly, patient, flexible, polite, interested in me as a patient and approachable. He was willing to spend time talking through all the options open to me. I know that my operations have been intricate and lengthy and Dr Jones is certainly very skilled and cares a lot about his patients. I can't thank him and his team enough and I am delighted with the results. The follow up care I have received from Mr jones and his team has also been excellent.
