I had a double hernia operation at the Spire Tunbridge Wells in December 2023. It's an absolutely fantastic hospital with brilliant friendly staff from Reception, Anaesthetist, Nurses, Catering, Theatre staff and especially Mr Jeffrey Lordan who did my hernia operation. A kinder, friendlier and skilled person you could ever meet, thank you Mr Lordan.
I had a follow up appointment today which as expected was a wonderful experience, the operation was a great success, my appointment with Mr Lordan was on time.
As previously he was kind, friendly, professional, answered all my questions in a way I could understand without jargon.
All in all a fantastic experience, would recommend and would use again , but hopefully not too soon!
