Mr Kirkby-Bott was very professional and immediately made me feel in safe hands. He explained everything to me, which was reassuring. His level of expertise and knowledge was evident throughout. I particularly valued the after care information and post operative appointment. His administrative team were very efficient and friendly, contributing to making the experience as pleasant as possible.
