Dr gentle wong is a true professional, he sets a prime example of an ideal doctor who is polite, considerate and caring for his patient. I was truly amazed with his knowledge and communication skills. He introduced himself, listened to me and communicated in such a relaxed manner that was calming. During my consultation he explained everything in simple terminology, setting examples which were easy to understand and comforting as I totally understood my conditions start, present and future. I think we all have something to learn from this knowledgeable man. I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Wong for treating me and guiding me in the right direction, which no doctor has so in the last two decades. Wishing you every success.

I had sudden hearing loss, and Dr Wong was very caring in my management. He explained possible reasons and treatment alternatives available. I chose to have an injection in my ear and he explained the procedure including possible pain thereafter. He made sure I had painkillers before doing the procedure and today my hearing has almost returned to normal, and I cannot be more grateful. Thank you Dr Wong, and keep on keeping on :)

Thank you Dr Wong for checking up on me just like you said you would. I also really appreciate you explaining carefully all the post-operative instructions to my wife. Wish you every success with your career. BW, Simon

He was extremely pleasant when removing our 5-year-old daughter's nose foreign body. His manners were impeccable and we were very grateful that it did not have to result in a general anaesthetic for Maggie.
