Dr Makki has been my consultant for many years , he operated on me when I had a replacement shoulder operation, his advice and care has been second to none , in my humble opinion he is a first class doctor.For many years I had so much pain but this operation has given me new hope .

On visiting the Spire in harpenden the protection offered to patients and staff was good .i felt I was in a safe environment . The paperwork and questions prior to my Op showed attention to detail but done in a friendly atmosphere. In theartre once again attention to detail but you were made to feel at ease Mr Makki had a good team working under him ..so thank you to him and his team .also a thank you to the N H S team with Georgina who helped me through the process.

I attended my appointment this morning with Mr Makki at the refurbished clinic in Runcie Wing. The new clinic is excellent and very clean. My treatment, operations at Watford Geneal and the aftercare with MrMakki's team (Nancy & co) also excellent. I was also seen by the general Physio team but only for about 10mins per appointment, which was of no use at all so I discharged myself from their care. I have now been discharged and cannot praise Mr Makki's team enough. So pleased that he has now got his new facility in St Albans.

Mr. Makki listened to me, talked to me (and demonstrated with photos) what would be done and what was actually done. This was all done in a way that helped me understand. I trusted him and was right to. My operation which was carried out at the Spire has been a success.
