On behalf of myself and my family we simply can not thank Dr Christian Macutkiewicz and his team enough for the sincere care and attenention he showed me. He along with a team of around 15 other doctors and nurses saved my life after I’d lost 5 litres of blood from a brutal severe unprovoked knife attack that left me in a very serious and critical condition. I am overwhelmed at the care and attention he has shown me from beginning to end, from performing 5 hour life saving surgery to checking up on me daily on his ward rounds whilst I was in hospital, even today at my final check up Dr Macutkiewicz has impressed me yet again with his professionalism and provided me with all the information I require to move forward in life after the incident. This man called me a hero today but it’s Dr Macutkiewicz who is the hero myself and my family owe everything to this man and his team. I am so lucky to be alive and I will not take it for granted.
