I have been udner Mr P's care now for 18 months he has got me through two endo surgeries and a traumatic miscarriage. He has been nothing but supportive and caring and you get the impression he genuinely cares about your treatment.

I totally agree with Nicola's review. I have been a patient of Dr P for 6 years now and I refuse to have anyone else. He's an expert physician and surgeon, and keeps up-to-date with the latest research around the world. He genuinely cares for each of his patients and shows great empathy. He treats you as if you are the only patient he needs to speak to even when he has a queue a mile long in the waiting room (he is popular!). He takes time to listen to your concerns and anxieties and involves you in every aspect of your treatment plan. He talks to you in plain English and doesn't bamboozle you with medical jargon. He takes time to make sure you understand what he's said. His waiting lists can be long, but I, and many, many others, are prepared to wait that bit longer to see him, than to see anyone else.

Andrew totally listened to me when others had fobbed me off. I have now had successful surgery by him and am so annoyed with myself for not going to see him sooner! I highly recommend him.

Dr Pickersgill is without a doubt the best doctor i have ever come across. And ive had my share of a fair few. I have been under his care for 8 years and he has always had the most amazing bedside manner, he diagnosed me when i was 14 and has always been friendly and gone out of his way to help me. I couldnt recommend this Dr more if i tried. He listens to everything you have to say, hes so sympathetic, he doesnt time your visit, he will give you as much time as you need. He has given me umpteen million hugs when ive sat and cried in his office. I was 16 when he and a colleague told me that i would never have children and he did it with such passion and sympathy. He genuinely cares about each and every patient that he has. I would recommend him 100%. Nicola
