From our initial telephone consultation to meeting him face-to-face, Mr Hannan was superb. He listened with interest to my account of my symptoms and I felt very confident indeed that he was the best person I could have consulted. He was highly professional but friendly, and approachable with an excellent bedside manner. This is something quite rare nowadays.
