Very respectful and intelligent man. He identified my problem and articulated the next steps very well. He pays attention to detail.
For example if a scan hadn't been done yet, he instructs his team to do it as a matter of urgency.
He has really helped because he has now put through a referral for me which should help me a lot. I am very grateful for his service.
