My experience with Siobhan was faultless from start to finish. I first went to see her in January to enquire about a bilateral breast augmentation. I am a small person with a small frame, and I stressed that I wanted a more feminine shape that still looked natural. Siobhan was very attentive and made me feel really calm about the procedure and its accompanying risks; after that first appointment, I had all the information I needed. We talked through implant sizes and tried a few on - we also used an AI program to visualise them on my body. I originally chose 325cc silicon implants that would be placed over the muscle, and we booked a provisional surgery date for some months later. I had a second consultation in between times, and after some discussion, decided to go down to 300cc; Siobhan encouraged me to choose whatever I was comfortable with, and made me feel really confident in my decisions. I had plenty of guidance on procedure prep and recovery. On the day of the procedure, I had a great experience with Spire - their service was amazing and so seamless. When Siobhan came to see me a few hours before the procedure to draw some markings on me, she decided that going over the muscle would not be appropriate - I didn't have enough breast tissue to make this feasible, and the results would have been very unnatural. Although this change was rather last minute, I trusted her judgement entirely; she knew my desired outcome and worked to make it happen. Our conversations felt easy, friendly, and never judgmental. When I went to have my anaesthetic I felt no nerves at all, and this was all thanks to all of Siobhan's preparation and advice. My recovery was simple, and I had access to nurses advice and care whenever I wanted it. I've just had my six week post-op check in, and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. My confidence has increased more than I ever anticipated, and I feel totally transformed. My new boobs fit perfectly to my frame, and are exactly what I wished for.
